In collaboration with Advance, Gender Equality in Business, we brought Advancine to life, a sculptural project created to represent balance, diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities in the workplace.

The sculpture was developed through a collective creative process involving a diverse group of artists. Each artist contributed a personal interpretation of gender equality, transforming the final piece into a visual expression of different perspectives, experiences and identities.

Advancine received support from leading Swiss companies, including ABB, Swiss Re, Helvetia, IKEA, Accenture and PwC. Their participation expanded the project’s reach across industries and demonstrated how art, business and creative production work together to encourage dialogue and social progress.

More than a sculpture, Advancine serves as a shared symbol of commitment. The project shows how contemporary art gives visibility to important social issues, connects communities and inspires meaningful conversations about equality in business and society.
